How to Make a Cold Brew Coffee at Home
A refreshing way to cool down
Here's how to make a cold brew using our favourite Kegwa AA from Murmuration Coffee (available to purchase in store).
Ingredients:
1 part coffee for 4 parts water
Ice
Instructions:
Grind the coffee beans to a coarse consistency.
Combine the ground coffee and cold water in a large container or pitcher.
Stir the mixture until the coffee grounds are fully saturated with water.
Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and let it steep at room temperature for at least 16 hours, or overnight.
After 16 hours, remove the lid and strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean container.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew coffee over it.
If desired, add your preferred sweetener and creamer to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
